Q: Does the OZZI Machine wash the containers?

A: No, the machine only collects the used containers. The cart inside the machine can be swapped out and brought directly to the dishwashing area when full.


Q: Does the OZZI Machine dispense containers?

A: No, the machine only collects the used containers. New containers are available at dining services.


Q: Will the barcodes on the containers come off in the dishwasher?

A: No, the labels are specially made to withstand commercial dishwashing. If for some reason, they do come off, we can send replacements at no charge.


Q: Should I remove the bar codes on my containers?

A: No, the bar codes are made to work with the OZZI Machine. The machine will not be able to accept the containers without a barcode in place. If you do not have an OZZI Machine and just use the containers, you can keep them on as they are made to withstand commercial dishwashing so they will not come off


Q: What do I do with the containers once they reach the end of their life?

A: Since they made of #5 plastic, they are fully recyclable.


Q: How long will the containers last?

A: The average life of an O2GO container is 300 uses.


Q: How will I know when my container has reached the end of its life?

A: The O2GO containers are very sturdy. What will usually weaken is the tab on the container or the hinge. Once these are damaged or weakened to the point where they no longer hold, the container should be recycled.


Q: How many containers does the OZZI Machine hold?

A: The machine can hold up to 125 of our largest containers (9x9 3-compartment). If you are using other sizes, it will accommodate even more containers.


Q: How do I know when to empty the OZZI Machine?

A: If you are connected to the internet, the machine will email specified personnel when the machine is getting full.


Q: How do I know when I need to refill the token hopper?

A: If you are connected to the internet, the machine will email specified personnel when the token holder hopper is getting low.
